AACR Meeting Abstracts Online lets you search across multiple journals.

After performing a search in AACR Meeting Abstracts Online, you can perform the same search in other journals through the "pulldown menu" at the top of the search result page entitled "Try this search in:..." Selecting a journal title and clicking the "Search" button will start a search using the previously specified criteria in the selected journal.
